Jackie and her Trustees are very upset to have to announce that they are currently unable to take in any more cats as the Sanctuary is full to capacity. A very high number of cats and kittens have needed the safety of Cat Abuse Treatment Society this year, possibly due to the harsh financial climate continuing. As a small Registered Charity, this year has been exceptionally hard as competition for grants and donations has increased. |

Jackie and her Trustees are very sad to announce the passing of one of the Sanctuary's best loved characters. Jerry was an extremely popular and friendly resident at the Sanctuary. When Jerry arrived the vet identified health problems which had stunted his growth and his condition was such that he became a permanent resident. Visitors to the Sanctuary fell in love with this cheeky ginger gentleman as soon as they saw him. He was always mistaken for a kitten due to his diminuitive stature, but his personality filled the room. |
